Shipping & Returns

Shipping info

All artworks on are either sent through DHL using insured and trackable shipping or hand delivered by us in case you live close to the artworks' location (please contact us via for this option). The insurance fee is included in the shipping price. 

When ordering 2 artworks or more from different artists you will need to pay shipping for each artwork. In case you purchase 2 or more artworks from the same artist then you will have to only pay shipping once.

Shipping prices depend on the weight and size of the artwork and the country of destination.

All orders are processed within 14 days from the moment you made an order on our website.

Not shipping to your country? Do not hesitate to write us an email at to discuss options to shipping in your country.

A few artworks can only be hand delivered in their country of location due to their size and/or weight.

Shipping confirmation and order tracking

Once the artwork is shipped you will receive an email with the shipping confirmation and tracking number. The tracking number will allow you to track your order and to see when the artwork will arrive at your home. Arte Murmur is not responsible for any delay or failure of delivery caused by the shipping company.

Return policy

You have 14 days from the date of reception of your order to return the artwork that you purchased. No reason is needed for your decision to return your order. The return shipping has to be done in the initial packaging and has to be sent to us by DHL including shipping insurance and tracking link. The return will be in the expense of the buyer. In case you wish to return an artwork please contact us at before returning the artwork. The refund is made to you withing 14 days after receiving the artwork back from you  in initial condition. If the artwork arrives back damaged we reserve the right to deduct a certain amount when refunding you.

In case of damage

Arte Murmur is not liable for any damages or losses caused during shipping. In case your artwork arrives damaged due to shipping, please send us an email with some pictures, your name and your order number. We will then file a complaint to the shipping company.
